JOHNSTON DESIGN

JOHNSTON DESIGN was started in 1997 to provide the Sarnia-Lambton community with an affordable residential design company. We provide top-quality designs and construction plans, but more importantly, provide each client with the best service and technical assistance before, during and after construction.

Since May 1997, JOHNSTON DESIGN has completed several custom residential projects in the Sarnia-Lambton area ranging from simple kitchen renovations to 2,000 sq.ft. houses. We offer you, the homeowner, technical expertise on the designing, renovating and building of your specific project. With years of experience in residential design, inspection and knowledge of the required building codes, JOHNSTON DESIGN is capable of taking all your ideas and producing entire drawing packages that allow you to turn those ideas into reality.

When JOHNSTON DESIGN is hired for your residential project you receive a complete drawing package for estimates, approvals and construction; also included are consulting services to assist in the design and construction stages and also assist you with contractors, builders and other construction trades.

We have two main philosophies at JOHNSTON DESIGN:

Pretend you are the client and spend their money as you would spend your own.

Give the client the best service possible, with respect, dignity and treat them as individuals, not numbers.
